Reasons? It sure explains a lot. Not that I know how I am supposed to react. Maybe you might think it is weird when people can read more about you then you can ever read about yourself. Even if you force yourself expect the worst, one day your expectations will still become higher, because worst doesn't happen all the time. If you thought lowering expectations will reduce disappointment, duh, its wrong.
